pity, you should pack it as multiple separate .png files for each body part in a separate file. Everything in one .psd file in is very unconvenient and ppl can not buy it from you because of that.
They are very cute. They would make for a great Visual Novel. However, you should include the licence here if you want people to use them in commercial works. Otherwise, it's ok if they are for personal or non-profit use.

You can do that in almost any image editing software that can open .PSD files. You can crop the images to the desired size :)
